Allow 3–5 business days for production, followed by typically 6–9 business days for tracked shipping. These are estimates; please leave extra time before a birthday or other fixed date.

Shipping rates

• European shipping zone: €5, with free plush shipping from a €39.99 plush subtotal. This zone includes the EU destinations configured in our checkout (except Cyprus), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other listed European destinations.
• International shipping zone: US$5, with free plush shipping from a US$39.99 plush subtotal. This includes the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Cyprus and other destinations offered at checkout.

Rates and free-shipping thresholds depend on the delivery destination. Amounts may be displayed in your checkout currency. Your address and final checkout quote determine the applicable shipping charge.

Custom inflatable mascots

Mascots use a separate shipping profile: €200 worldwide, with a shipping estimate of 10–20 days after dispatch. Allow approximately four weeks for production after design approval. Mascot and plush shipping charges can be combined when both are ordered together.
